Please Help!

Looking after the board as a moderator(adminstrator on hols) we have shoutcast for streaming of music as part of board and it's jammed on one particular mix and cant access anywhere to stop it. Wording and display are stuck also?? Only parts of admin I can access are listed below. Dunno wot else to do, we have schedule for streaming live and would like to keep that and not let the boss down!!??

Administrative access to the packages/phpfiles would probably be necessary.
