Can''t you install vbulletin again, restore the database and then convert over to smf?

yes but i move from host and dunno how to restore the db actually y try to install but the board didn't recognize the db @.@ in phpmyadmin

I am not familiar with vbulletin, but I think it can be the same procedure like when you move smf from one host to another. Go to the new host and create the database using the same info like the db of the old host, install vbulletin and then restore the backup. And see where to set straight all the urls, paths and the other settings. For this we have a sweet tool called repair_settings.php, but as I said, about vbulletin I ain''t familiar. Anyway, if that goes smooth, then you can convert very easy to smf and you won''t regret it, trust me on this one

Caused the error:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'LENGTH(code) DESC' at line 2

Also the stats registered users topics  and post didn't see:
