Admin Powers

Is it possible to share certain Admin powers with Global Moderators?  Say for instance you wanted to give Moderators the power to ban someone, or to activate accounts, without giving them the full admin suite?  Is that possible?

the admin CP access is permission controlled.

admin > Permissions > click modify next to the group name

Each permission gives access to a specific part of the admin CP.
