Improved TOS agreement

This is a very simple change that I think could come very in handy if you feel it is important that everyone who joins your site reads your TOS properly.

First off, in addition to the box you can tick before you can go on, there should be a verification box requiring a password. Under this box, it would say:
"A password is required to join this forum. You will find this password added somewhere inside the TOS. Please read the entire TOS carefully, so that you know what you agree to before joining this forum."

IMO it will lose you decent prospective members.

Getting new users to go through hoops will usually put them off.
Especially if they've got to activate via email aswell.
