Moderation until certain posts number?

Hey,

What do you guys think about a mod that requires post approval until the users have a certain number of posts? Like for example, the user will have all posts checked until they have, maybe 10 posts (the admin could change the number) It would also have some advanced features such as it only applies to certain forums, or certain age groups of members, etc.

Just an idea.

I suspect that you might see something like that in SMF 2.0 but probably not before that.

I doubt any mod makers would write a mod for something that's going to have functionality in 2.0. I suspect public release of the beta isn't far off, and you can use it then.

Wow... I didn't know that, is there a 2.0 feature list somewhere? Is there anything SMF doesn't think of?
