How do you vote?

Hello all.
I created a poll with 'yes' and 'no' options, but I don't see any buttons for submitting a vote.
Is there some kind of permissions process I have to go through?
Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Yes this is a permission setting. Please have a look at your forum admin menu...
