Jail A Member

is there any existing function that do something like this?
if a member does not obey the forum rules of they did something wrong can we jail them that will restrict them from something like they cant post or restrict them from viewing some forums for a particular period of time. and maybe we can see the names of the people in the jail on a separate page.
