admin acc on my website

i installed smf off my control panel Fantastico Home thingy and i have it working i go to my site ( www.tonyhawkpunks.com [nofollow] ) and it will show the fourms but it never said any thing when installing about my admin acc but it says theres a admin (owner) named oxy cus thats what i put my name as

then that 'oxy' account is the admin account -- it should have had you put in a username and password for that.

smf does not have seperate admin logins (though you can create another account as a standard member if you want).  Basically -- login as 'oxy' and click 'admin'

ok.... but see i have cpanel and i downloaded smf off that and it only sak for on pass and thats not it cus i tryed it with oxy on my website and it dident log me in

fantastico, if i remember correctly -- has you set up a member account.  that account is what would be the admin account.
