Membergroup color in post

I have given each membergroup a certain color. I am trying to figure out how i can get there name to show up as their group color when they post. Does anyone know how i can do this.

IE: i am the administrator. when i post my name should be red but it isn't. I want to be able to have my name show up as red so everyone will know that i am the administrator. The membergroup color for my officers is green. I would like to have their names show up as green.

theres a mod -- i think its called member color link... (i'm mobile so i can't grab the link)

i figured there was a mod, i just can't seem to find the one i need. If you can find that link or if someone else can i would appreciate it.
