Topic Bumper

Maybe i missed it in the Modifications but i would love to see a "bumper" a tool where Morderators could bump topics up and down their corner.

I have had occasion where someone goes to a corner and goes through every topic posting turning the corner upside down, so the newest topic is on the last page i then need to go to the last page to find that topic and post in it to bring it back to the front page.

If there was a bumber then a moderator could sort it out with no hassle or no need to post in topics to rearrange their corners.

If anyone has seen this sort of thing in MODS and i missed it could you please point it out, ive spent hours looking

I like this idea, i'd definetely use it :]
On phpbb there is a mod so that moderators can give priority to certain threads without stickying them.
