[BUG]Quick Reply and Quote

when I quote any post while quick reply is enabled , the page refresh it self with a bookmark to #quickreply and then .. the quick reply box is empty but after that if you click quote again it will show no preblem
it happened to me twice ..

I'm guessing it could take a while... coz from what I've heard this version is modded quite a bit in order to work with the rest of the site or something... well not that much... but no doubt the updated code would cause some problems.
