Virtual Gifts: like in vBulletin

Greetings!  Is there a mod for buying virtual gifts?  If so how did I miss it, and where can I go get it?

Hello !    Sorry to bother you.  But I installed SMF shop but I am not able to see anything on the admin panel to change it.  Am I doing something wrong?  Can you help?

I believe the issue is related to using utf-8.  However I've never used the smf mod myself, so you would be better getting support from the mod author/people who use the mod in that topic.
