Permission access view memberlist by group

Hi, I realy enjoy using SFM but now Iam needed a special request.

I am created many groups users with special permission access for some board.

My problem is that I want that each group member can see ONLY their group list in the memberlist.
And so, add a checkbox enable/disable in General permissions group
(Admin control panel / Member - Permissions / Modify)

Is there someone can help me with this ?
