Limit JPEG size attachments

Hi All,
I am looking for a MOD that would allow to set
a size limit for x and y dimension for a JPEG picture to
be posted as an attachment.

In this moment I can only limit in SMF 1.14 / TP 0.983
the attachment file size for ALL attachments.

But I would like to limit just the JPEG image posting size
to 1024x768 only and only to about 100 Kbytes.
As many pictures are posted, where the users are too lazy
to scale the pictures down, the attachment folder
at my
www.overunity.com
site is already over 3.4 GigaBytes big....

But users should still be able to post movies with 5 Mbytes.

How do I gonna do this ?
