I am a member of a community forum, and every time I go to the site, I get that message. However, when I reload the page, it will then go ahead and load.

When I login, I get the same error. However then I can't simply reload the page, without getting the same error, I have to modify the URL line to the original plain URL of the website. It will then load.

The other problem I am having, the I am unable to use the shout box. I can type into it but nothing happens, or I get that very same error in the box.

The site moderator has logged in under my account and had no problems.

My question,
What could I have in my system or perhaps ISP that would interfere with my being able to login? I use only linksys networking wireless router as a firewall.

Do you know of any common problems on the user's end which can cause this sort of problem?

The main cause of this error seems to be running certain versions of MySQL 5.0, specifically 5.0.22 or older (usually 5.0.18). That particular cause is because of a bug in MySQL itself.

There have also been reports of people using GoDaddy experiencing this issue suddenly. Not much has been determined of this, but it looks like they must have changed the server configuration somehow.
