IPB to SMF Conversion problem

Hello i get an error while trying to convert from IPB 2.3 to SMF 1.1.2

Are your IPB access settings correct? Try allowing the SMF user access to the IPB database.

er.. does smf support conversion from ipb 2.3 ?

The 2.2 converter may work. Have you tried it?
