Having mod log enabled by default would be nice already, not everyone remembers/knows to enable it. Admin log would rock for sure. Would it be included in the upcoming 2.0 release ?

FYI,
If your the admin you most likely have access to the database to manually delete the entries yourself 

Sounds good but any admin that knows the database password could delete their tracks.
