YabbSE convert -- no attachments being converted

I am using the 2nd .SQL file from the sticky thread in this forum, and the convert.php from the downloads page.  When i go to convert, it does not convert the attachments from my old YaBB SE 1.5.5 forum. 

the converter seems to be running all the way through without problems, right now the converter says

Converting members... Successful.
Converting categories... Successful.
Converting boards... Successful.
Converting topics... Successful.
Converting posts (this may take some time)... Incomplete.

it's still converting the messages...

in any case, is there something special i have to do to get it to convert the attachments?

Your converting from Yabb SE?

You shouldn't need to convert. If you use the full upgrade package it should upgrade from yabb se to SMF.

ah, i just did a full install and didn't notice the upgrade package.  I'll try that instead, thanks

I am kinda doing this on the side, so i haven't touched it in a few.  We're looking at taking care of this sometime this week and i will post again with my status
