Convert only Users, Files, and Boards???

Is there any way at all that I can convert ONLY the users, files, and boards to a new db file? I don't have SMF installed yet, but I'm planning on deleting phpBB, installing SMF, and restoring the new db I've made. Is it possible? And if so, HOW???

It is possible.  You need to edit the .sql file and remove the unneeded sections.
