Re-arrange SMF Default Theme

I like the SMF Default theme. I also like not having to worry about having to deal with mods and themes that will not upgrade automatically.

The smf default theme has material below the header that means users have to scroll down to see the area they need to use.  I realize some want to see the other info, but it is not the main thing, so it ought to be at the bottom, not the top.

This can be easily understood when you realize that after seeing the login information once, why does anyone want it to be what they see for the rest of the day every time the page changes? No, bring up first the view needed, then let the user scroll down if he wants to view the login in info.

This would be a help to all who are trying to be efficient with a SMF Default theme. Thanks for your consideration of this change.

Any mod that doesn't work with the SMF default (currently "Core" from 1.1) should be reported.

The only info I see is the "Show unread posts since last visit." and "Show new replies to your posts." links. Also, the menu. What else are you seeing?

Hello user and the avatar which is 100 high  I guess that is the killer. My header is large, so when we add in the 100 pixels for the avatar, my summary page is all but gone. Same with other pages when they load up.. All I see is the header and the avatar. My header is about 300 high and then the "hello", the avatar, and a news statement are about 300 high also.
