How to download SMF 2.0 Beta 1?

How can I download that version? In the download section there is only ver 1.1.4.

In case I am not a Charter, how can I know what new features added in SMF 2.0 Beta 1 (compare to ver 1.1.4), so that I will not request for a new feature and wait until official version released.
