To create online books.

A book may be a category -> Under the category, Book pages...

Books  will be added from admin panel.

I would suggest to rather search for a Library type mod, especially for the books requirement.

Or MediaWiki for the Encyclopedia. Then build hyperlinks between the Wiki contents and your forum topics. Maybe dedicate a category to "Library Related Discussions".
