the command "Display personal messages: One at a time..." should be also displayed in all messages and labels window, so you can change the setting on the fly

It doesn't make sense to have that setting in so many spots. If we did that, we'd also have to add code to handle saving that setting from those pages, rather than just having it handled with the rest of the PM settings like it is now.
