Preview Pane after making changes

Does SMF have a preview pane that an admin can view after making changes?  For instance, I added a new Group and had to open a new window and refresh the browser to see the changes. If its there, I appologize, but Im not seeing it, if it is there..

It should appear in the list of groups after you click on "Add Group".
