Script to Calculate Members with Most Sent PMs

Hi Everyone.  I need to find out which Member (Top 10 would be better), has Sent the Most PMs.  If anyone with SQL knowledge could write a query I could run via a .php file or something, I'd really appreciate it!

AFAIK, the total number pms sent is not stored.
So calculated based on the number of pm's stored in the db, that would not be a true figure, because when a user deletes a pm. The figure would go down,

Thanks for the reply karlbenson.  Yes, that makes sense, but I would still like to obtain the Top 10 based on those saved in the Database.

I won't provide information on this because it would be easily used to see pms users have sent. Which is something we are against.

We do count though how many pms a user has received though
