Topic Index doesn't list all topics

We have SMF 1.4 installed at http://www.projectjason.org/forums/index.php [nofollow]. We just noticed that it is not listing all the topics in the topic index if it uses more than one page.

For example:

http://www.projectjason.org/forums/index.php?board=5.0 [nofollow]   is our New Missing Persons index. The forum is set up to show 20 topics per page. So this index shows the first 20 and page two shows 4 more. Problem is that there are 25 topics not 24. I am noticing this on the other boards also. Can someone help.

What mods are installed? Sorry I am one of those people who have ALOT of mods installed (I think they're great). If it could be one of them I can get a list for you.

Have you tried 'recount forum totals' option in Admin > Forum Maintenance.

Looking at the forum it says there are 24 topics, and inside there are 24 topics.
