Package Manager Patch

It didn't want to install the small patch that it mentioned was needed.

Told me to post here if there was a problem.

Sounds like your server may not have incoming internet access.

Does anything in the package manager work?  Does remote avatar size limiting work?

The package manager will show all the packages that are available but it will not install them.  Says it installed them but then you go to view the installed packages and there is nothing in the list.

I have had to manually go and install the ones I wanted.  I have only done the shoutbox so far and I am just working on placing it somewhere on the page to look nice.  I would like to find a way to just make it a pop up but I will have to sort through all the other code on the pages to find that one.

If you manually upload the tar.gz or zip file into the Packages directory, are you able to install it from the package manager?
