Google Maps with markers related to Corresponding Topics

I would have a use for a mod which would allow a user to pinpoint a place on a map and relate it to their topic.
The map could show topics from the past 1 day, 30 days, or 90 days for example (maybe configurable somehow to even older times or between specific dates).
On the map the tooltip could show some information from the topic like the subject and what board it is under.
