Smilie management - order and categories

Hi!
I would LOVE to see a mod that would allow easier management of smilies. In particular:

1) Easier ordering of the smilies.
I saw a past thread about going into phpAdmin and manually changing the order.  But having it in the admin interface would be better.  Perhaps if the smilies could have an extra column 001 through the number of the last smilie (i.e. 155).  And you could type in the order you'd prefer them to be and click save and viola! Saved in a new order!

2) Categories of smilies in the pop-up menu.
It would be so nice for my users to have nicely organized smilies in the popup window.  For example, my smilies may be organized like this:
