Allow members to edit selected post made by me!

Hi I need a feature or mod, to allow a selected member to modify a post that I create for him or her!!

What would be great is a text area at the bottom of every new topic or reply that I could type in the user names so they can edit the post whenever they want.. Maybe in the additional Options area! I do not want to give mod permissions to mod a whole board, just a certain post.

If you can tell me how to do this thanks a million!!!
