Quick Reply and PM questions

I have seen the quick reply boxes on such forums as www.paganforum.com and I was wondering where the heck can I activate it or where the heck can I find a mod?

My members are complaining that they have to do a verification (see the picture and enter the letters) every time they send a PM. I have not found where the PMs are controlled in the Admin section.

Quick Reply settings can be found under
Admin -> Current Theme -> Reset Options -> Then click on "Reset default (guest) options for this theme " and
Reset all members' current options for this theme

Under those two links you  have the option to show quick reply




Second part of the question pm image verification is found under Admin -> Edit Features and Options and is called "Post count under which users must enter code when sending personal messages."
