Question: RE: Additional Options

Im a new user of  SMF and i have a question.

When a user wants to use the file attachment listed under "Additional options", is there code/mod that i can install so everyone sees the Additional Options without having to click it ?

Uncheck Current Theme's Settings => Enable collapsable additional post options.
