Please excuse this extreem neophyte... but... I am here in hopes of using this type of forum to create a new community... where and how do I start??

Thanx if you have the time to post a few pointers ... I will check in from time to time as I explore the rest of this site in search of answers...

Right get a host (Try for free)

A new host just oppened http://4ums.net/hosting - a member here runs it, and its pretty good, and then access your control panel (you will be emailed the information) and goto Fantastico, look for SMF and fill in some info it asks (just basic stuff) and then your set up and running.

I went to 4ums.net/hosting [nofollow]... the register page does not work for me ... I tried a multitude of names and only got a message bidding me to try again...


any other ideas??
