Time difference

The time illustrated when a message is posted and the time on the clock in my browser tool tray is 6 hours behind. (which is correct).

Where do I change/update  SMF?

Admin -> Edit features and Options
Find the "Overall time offset" option increase or descrease that number ot adjust the time you can also have negative numbers.
