just got a Charter Membership

i just got my Charter Member but nothing happend yet
do i have to wait till some one or admin update me to Charter Member
before i see the new forum parts

I think it takes time for the process to actually happen. You would have to upgrade your forum yourself. (Or a support specialist could with SMF charter members) But its not advised that you upgrade to the latest beta. (SMF2.0 beta1)

Knowing theres a limitation on mods and themes.

I can try and help you that for free. I suppose you can convert and upgrade to 2.0 if you wish. But be aware of the warning I gave you. I have seen times where people backport once they realize a lot of mods don't work.

only instant IF you have funds in your *paypal* account - if paypal needs to access your bank account to draw funds you are waiting at least a few days.

There was some problems yesterday i know with paid subs, you might check to see if you got a contact from a project manager recently.

Paypal is not always instant -- it can also take time for payment to hit our account as well.

Otherwise, check the status of your funds from paypal (see if it shows it as processing or completed)

if it says completed and you have no access please email [email protected] with the transaction ID and a project manager will assist you further

thanks jay np m8..... but i need to install smf first to my host..... at the mo i have the phpbb forum installed there and i am not to sure wot to do, i have installed smf on wanpserver ok but not 2 forums to my one host..........


i have allso sent my paypal transaction ID  to [email protected] but as yet no reply from it,
i no the transaction is ok and completed as the funds was there and paypal said so......

could you look in to this for me.... as i really want to do this asap

Mark:  The project Manager whom handles the finances generally will not be home untill ater tonight (for reference it is 7pm here, and 5pm there)
