child board column widths compared to category board column widths

hi,

i changed the width of my "new message" column on the main part of my board. i prefer it to be a little tighter to the icon, like such:



however, the child boards do not seem to comply with that width. they seem to stay the standard width, like so:



i've looked and can't find where that value is defined. could someone point me in the right direction?

help is greatly appreciated.

Have you changed it in both the MessageIndex template and BoardIndex template?
