Banner Mod

When i click on Banner management i get the folowing:

is there an easy way to add this mod manually? i have all the files updated with the new code, just need help with the db stuff

I have version 2.4 of this excellent mod on my board. how can i update to 3.0 without losing all the banners and statstics that are already running?

I don't think mods mess with the database, so it should be safe removing the old one and adding the new one. but to be safe make a backup of your smf_banners with phpmyadmin
