Rules page

Hi,

I've searched through the Mods database and haven't found either a Rules Page or Blank Page Mod (to which I could add my forum rules, with a main menu link). Have I missed something? Most BBS software have it either built-in or a Mod to accomplish this (phpBB, useBB, etc.). This would have to be language dependent for some of my forums are in English and French.
