Turn off News Banner

I turned it on, I remember doing it, but I can't for the life of me find where to turn it off.

So I basically have news twice.  Once at the top of the page and then again  across the top before the first boards.

Where do I turn this off at.

Administration => under Forum Controls, click Edit Forum News.

Dont see it...

Edit Forum News does not have anything there to turn off the banner that I can see.

BTW I don't want no news, just the second banner.

Or are you talking about the news fader ?

Edit: if news fader

Admin => Under Forum Configuration => Current Theme's Settings => scroll towards the bottom and uncheck Show news fader on board index

That was it.... I must have looked at that section 5 times looking for that.

I remember setting it, but could not find where it was again.
