Mouse over topic name - Time posted of the topic

I would like if you could have a mouse over effect displaying the time that topic was created. I know there is another mod that briefly shows the content in message.

This would be quite tricky... however it would be relatively simple to put the time/date underneath the topic name.... is this any good?
