Making threads from forms

Well, I've been looking for mods for it, but I have found none. What I want to do is have people fill out forms on the forum, and then automatically making a thread for it under their username. I've seen people do it in vBulletin, so I was wondering if it's possible here.

It is possible. Do some searching, there have been a few great explanations on how to do such a thing.

you basically take your form and run it through createPost();

Searching for that and checking the function Database for information on createPost should present some information
