Adsense why so low?

I'm just trying to decide if this is normal or not.

My site gets about 30000 page impressions a day and I get about 105 clicks and only get payed between $10 to $16. My page rank is at 0 right now, could that be the reason?

If my site's page rank goes up will it get more money per click?

Page Rank does not affect CPC, in order to increase your CPC you should filter out MFAs.

depends what your forum is about.

But its worth noting.

Forums are generally MUCH lower paying than websites because of less unique traffic (members are recurring traffic).
Payouts can vary quite widely depending on what your  forum is about.
