Mod Request or Tips: Adding Genders

wanting to either try and find a modifcation that has been made or tips where to make it.

the board needs a place in which can have genders, and im not just talking bout male and female here!

for example i would love to see a mod with the following selectors:

• Male
• Female
• FtM
• MtF
• Intersex
• Many
• Other

again, either made, or tips where to add these selectors would be great.
