Theres an option in Edit Features and Options to specify the number.

I can't find that option. My "Recent Posts" shows only 10 posts per page. I'd like to increase that to at least 25, but can't find any option to do this.

Just go to Post and Topics settings. There are four columns there. Go to the last column at the far right corner. There you can change the numbers of posts and other page settings.
