More secure Registration

I would very much like to get a mod that would require a more secure member registration
this mod would require all members to submit all  basic information such as name address
city stay country phone as well as scanned copy's of id the admin would be able to customize
this any way they like after a member has filled out the  required info it would be sent to
the admin with a approval  decline banned and reason for banned button's

There are mods currently available to add new registration/profile fields.

But for copy of the ID, I can't see it happening.
It would lead to identity theft.

I maybe a bit paranoid, but my own personal view has always been to NEVER give out your real address, country, date of birth, phone, social security number.
Unless that information is CRITICAL eg Job Application, Buying something.

But for normal net activity like Bulletin Boards, you should always use fake info.

Your already starting to see the big social networking sites like FaceBook get compromised by Scammers/Identity Theft fraudsters.

Prehap's you could direct me to some of those mods as I looked in all the profile mod's and saw nothing that had to do with registration fields
