Medical Support System

I have proposed (briefly specified) a national medical support system based on SMF or other forum.
The medical cost reduction potential is massive.
Patients and potential patients post their problem/symptoms on the  site.
Medical personnel respond. Examples:
Come to the office at 3:00 pm for a physical exam, take your mother to the emergency room immediately, a prescription for you has been called in to WalMart, etc.
A MD/RN can assist more than 60 patients per hour with such a system.
Anyone interested in collaborting let me know. I (or someone far better qualified than I) will setup a development and evaluation model and discussion board.
We will change the laws that state that Md's can only bill for face-to-face patient contact.
Test implementation should begin with free clinics, rest homes and retirement communities. Independent Labs will be linked in.
