Converting issues! (PATH)

Okay here's the thing.
I have the converter installed and everything
The only thing is, I can't figure out the exact "location", or PATH, of the installation of phpbb.
I installed phpbb in a directory called "forum" on my server.
EX: mysite.com/forum
But how would I enter it in the converter?

The converter should pic up SMF's path so what you can do is, if SMF and phpBB are in the same root dir ie (public_html) change the part that says smf (or the name of the dir that SMF was installed on) to forum for the path.
