New Registration Error

I'm integrating my WordPress site with SMF using WP_SMF Bridge (hxxp:www.earthorbit.com/opensource [nonactive]).  Everything seems to be working fine except when users register in SMF, it shows the error message below and the user isn't registered in WordPress (just SMF).  When a user registers in WordPress it works fine.
