SMF and Joomla Meta Tags question.

Hello,

I have SMF installed on Joomla. I like the Description and Keywords Tags of Joomla a lot but looking at these aspects of the SMF posts they are lousy!

I would like to have the Meta Description and Meta Keywords of the Posts more related with the respective posts. If you know what I mean.

I would like to:
- make the Title of the page get the Title of the Posts.
- make the Meta Description get the Text from the Posts.
- make the Meta Keywords get words from the text of the Post.

I don't want to use JoomSEF or something like that. They do way to many queries to the database and make the site slow and crash the database. I have 11.000 members.

Any ideias?
