"QUOTE" message feature.

How about making it only quote the message itself and not REquote any quotes that message contains?  It gets messy.

Possibly a bug in SEARCH...

When I tried searching "quote" (without quotes) it said:

"Did you forget to put something to search for?"

I guess it doesn't like 1 word searches or gets confused because of the QUOTE message BB code.  So, if this has been covered already - sorry, I tried using search

You mean the option to disable "Nested Quotes"? Try it and see if it's that you're talking about.

Nested quotes can be disabled from Admin Section, but I forgot where.

Maybe it can be added to the "Profile - Look and Layout" area for users to enable/disable.

IT would be confusing since they would be asking why there are loads of nested quotes in other peoples messages.

As for the search issue, it isn't possible to search for quote given it will naturally appear in so many messages.

I think removing nested quotes should be default and automatic.  Seems pointless to show old quotes, even on long threads.  Anyhow, thanks for the help.  Consider this resolved/closed, thanks.
